Owner Complaints (9)
While driving on the highway and attempting to brake, your brake pedal went completely to the floor with no warning and the brakes failed to stop the vehicle. You had to pump the brake pedal repeatedly and use the hand brake to finally slow down and stop. Your mechanic found that both rear brake lines were uncoated and rusted, allowing brake fluid to leak where the lines were clamped to the undercarriage. The fix will involve replacing the brake lines with properly coated replacements to prevent future corrosion and fluid loss.
