Your brake pedal sinks to the floor when you come to a stop, especially after the car sits overnight or when holding steady pressure in a drive-through line. Pumping the pedal temporarily restores braking, but the pressure gradually fades, causing the vehicle to creep forward and requiring excessive pedal pressure to keep the car stopped. The dealership found nothing wrong during inspection, but the problem occurs fairly consistently.

WHILE SLOWLY SLOWING THE VEHICLE DOWN, THE BRAKE PEDAL WENT COMPLETELY TO THE FLOOR AND LOST ALL BRAKING. AS SOON AS PEDAL IS BROUGHT BACK UP AND PUMPED ONCE OR TWICE, BRAKES REGAINED FUNCTION. NO WARNING OR SAFETY LIGHTS WENT OFF. THIS HAS OCCURRED 3 DIFFERENT TIMES WITH 2 DIFFERENT DRIVERS.
EVERY TIME I PUSH THE BRAKE PEDAL, IT MAKES A HISSING SOUND. THERE IS A ELECTRONIC NOISE AFTER THE HISSING SOUND. THIS IS ANNOYING AND IT MAKES ME FEEL NAUSEOUS.
Your front brakes make a loud squealing noise when you drive in cold weather conditions. The dealership inspected the brakes but couldn't find any visible problems. You mentioned a potential Toyota technical service bulletin to them, but they said no official bulletin exists for this squealing issue on your vehicle. Addressing this may require brake pad replacement, inspection of brake hardware, or application of anti-squeal coating to the brake components.
