Owner Complaints (4)
Your car experienced unexpected acceleration while you were turning in a parking lot, causing it to suddenly lurch forward. This appears to happen randomly during turns, and you weren't able to reproduce it intentionally or see any check engine lights beforehand, though one briefly appeared after you avoided a collision. The issue may be related to the cruise control or throttle system and could require diagnostic scanning and potential replacement of throttle or cruise control components.

The vehicle will accelerate all on its own I was pulling into a parking spot and the vehicle just accelerated thank god there was not another car in from of me or I would have hit them. Then later that same day with the cruise on the vehicle just started speeding up. I had to hit the brakes to turn cruise off or who knows how fast it would have taken me
