Your Chicco Keyfit 360 child seat's harness strap detached from the T-bar while your child was sitting in it. You weren't able to reattach it yourself, and while the manufacturer said they'd send a replacement chest clip, they haven't yet sent a full replacement seat. The cause of the detachment isn't clear. This will likely require getting a replacement chest clip or potentially a new child seat installed.
