Your rear driver's side and rear center seat belts won't latch properly — when you try to insert them into the buckle, they don't click or connect and just slide back out. This happens every time and is a serious safety concern since passengers are required by law to wear seat belts. The belts show no damage and haven't been heavily used, suggesting the buckle latches themselves may be faulty.
