On January 15, 2024 my 2018 RAM 2500 truck with 6.7 Cummins Diesel engine was towed to dealer after "Service Antilock Braking Systems" warnings were displayed on dash instruments. Dealer diagnosed that the anti-lock brake module needed replacement but part is back-ordered with no estimate on expected replacement date.

For over a year and a half I have been without my ABS system due to FCA installing faulty ABS modules and hydraulic units in the 2017-2018 Ram 2500's and 3500's. The same units were installed in the 2019-2021 Ram 2500, 3500 but FCA recalled those models. I am also without cruise control as well.

The truck began flashing problems with the anit lock brakes and electronic brakes off and on. For over two months now, the service lights stay on along with the traction control warning light. I have called multiply locations trying to locate replacement parts to no avail.

Intermittent ABS brake failure warnings displayed in the message center and warning lamps, message comes on and off erratically. Speed Control is inoperative when message is displayed. Concern has occurred immediately after starting the vehicle before putting into gear and while driving at any speed.

If you are on cruise control it will quit.. also ABS and traction control don't work and will not engage.Not very safe to drive in wet conditions.

My dashboard keeps flashing “Service Antilock Brake System” and “Service Electronic Braking System”. The warning or notification goes out and comes back almost every time you hit a slight bump in the road or even if you don't. Seems to be very intermittent.

On or about September 2023 this vehicle, with 94k miles, has had its 2nd ABS/HBU failure. While driving on interstate, ABS system went out, and as a consequence, the cruiser control also failed unexpectedly. Vehicle has less than 60,000 miles on odometer. Per review of this issue on the web, there is currently a class action lawsuit against Stellantis regarding this particular issue.

Have waited for one year plus to get part replaced for NHTA recall #24V-896. ABS/ESC/ Traction control module. Dealerships say part is not available and to wait. In my opinion this is a safety hazard.
