The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer where it was diagnosed with needing the radio assembly to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired but was pending repairs. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 85,000.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 RAM 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THERE WAS AN EXCESSIVE AMOUNT OF GLUE ON THE PASSENGER?S SIDE WINDOWS. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO FINDLAY CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE RAM POST FALLS LOCATED AT (550 N ALBERTA ST, POST FALLS, ID 83854) TO BE REPAIRED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE DEFECT AND OFFERED LITTLE ASSISTANCE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 82,000.*DT*DT CONSUMER STATED IMPERFECTIONS OF THE GLASS ON THE VEHICLE WAS DISCOVERED WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED AT 42 MILES ON ODOMETER. WINDSHIELD WAS REPLACED AFTER SEVERAL MONTHS. CONSUMER ASKED DEALER ABOUT THE GLASS ON PASSENGER AND DRIVER'S DOOR. CONSUMER WAS TOLD THERE WAS TOO MUCH GLUE WAS USED BY THE MANUFACTURE WHICH THESE DEFECTS CAUSED DISTORTION IN VIEWING OBJECTS.*JB
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE AIR CONDITIONER SWITCHED TO RECYCLE MODE IN THE RAIN AND THE WINDSHIELD FOGGED UP. IN ADDITION, DURING INCLEMENT WEATHER, THE DEFROSTER FAILED TO WORK. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN SEVERAL TIMES TO FRISCO CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM (9640 TX-121, FRISCO, TX 75035, (214) 390-7543) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE EVAPORATOR COIL WAS CLOGGED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 59792292. THE CONTACT WAS REFERRED TO THE LOCAL DEALER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 5,000.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO CROWN DODGE OF FAYETTEVILLE (436 N MCPHERSON CHURCH RD, FAYETTEVILLE, NC 28303, (910)-920-9613) TO BE DIAGNOSED, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT HE WOULD HAVE TO TAKE THE VEHICLE BACK TO THE DEALER FOR MORE DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 88,200.
