Your power tailgate closes on its own without warning, and you've been struck in the head and shoulder several times as a result. The dealer has investigated multiple times but cannot identify the cause. This issue began shortly after you purchased the vehicle in March 2025. The fix will likely require the dealer to diagnose and repair the tailgate's automatic closing mechanism, possibly involving sensor calibration or replacement of faulty components.
