PURCHASED VEHICLE LEFT LOT, IT DROVE FINE ON THE HIGHWAY. AS WE WERE EXITING THE HIGHWAY, WAITING AT A RED LIGHT, THE VEHICLE STARTED VIBRATING AND RUMBLING. THE CHECK ENGINE GOES ON AND OFF AND THE PASSENGER SEATBELT LIGHT DOESN'T GO OFF WHEN THE BELT IS CLICKED.
FRONT BELTS RETRACTORS ARE LOCKED, NOT ALLOWING TO ADJUST BELTS HIGH.
