Your front parking assist sensors are beeping constantly and loudly, even when your car is stopped or moving slowly under 6 mph, as if there's an object in front of you when there isn't one. The dealer has confirmed the problem through service visits but found no error codes in the system. Fixing this will likely require recalibrating or replacing the front parking sensors.
