While driving at 20 mph, you heard a popping sound from your front driver's seat, and the seat became unhinged and detached from the vehicle. A dealer found that the seat frame needed to be replaced, and an independent mechanic discovered a part was missing from the seat frame during inspection. The seat frame was replaced to fix the problem.
