2019 Nissan Altima Seat Belts Problems

I purchased the 2019 Nissan Altima March 22,2024 for the last week the car will start when it wants , the collision sign on the dash comes on and states it’s blocked , the car will stop or shut off while driving ( on the highway with my two children ) the car stoped & a big truck almost ran in the back of me , the seat belt on the right side doesn’t work .

Rear seatbelts don’t secure. Never used until recent with infant car seat installed in rear.

After purchasing vehicle, I realized the driver's side seatbelt doesn't lock securely in place once fully extracted. I called the dealer that I purchased the vehicle from & they stated that none of the nissans on their lot drivers seatbelts locks in place once fully extracted. I find it strange that every other seatbelt inside my altima locks in securely except for the driver's side.

The driver’s side seat belt is constantly getting twisted, and it’s very difficult to undo.
