2019 Nissan Altima Cruise Control Problems

My car since 45000 miles has had an acceleration issue. When I engage the gas pedal, 3- 5 seconds pass before the vehicle moves. Once moving, the engine will stutter or slightly jerk forward and backwards, almost to a stalling point.

I have bought this vehicle Oct/Nov of 2023 , from private dealer on at least three occasions I have experienced the vehicle automatically speeding up without stepping on the gas pedal. I had to hold down the braking system and pulling over to avoid an accident. Although , I've quickly placed the vehicle on neutral the engine was still revving .

I own a 2019 nissan altima AWD and have experienced a few problems. The most significant problem is the defective forward collision safety feature. Two times the vehicle has improperly and abruptly applied brakes, the feature is intended to avoid collision, but instead its malfunction is creating road hazards.

The front radar distance sensor becomes blocked and unavailable while driving. This happens every time I drive the car. Several times the warning message came on and the car tried to briefly brake.

while driving in traffic with the adaptive cruise control on, the system indicated a sensor malfunction. This is a well-known occurrence for these vehicles as reported on numerous Nissan sites and other websites. This failure can present a safety hazard if the warning comes with little time to react to traffic conditions.

When the cruise control is on and I push on the brake to merge lanes or because a vehicle in front of me stops, the car continues to accelerate and gets stuck in acceleration the RPMs go up wildly.

Adaptive cruise control and automatic braking are disabled due to "front radar blocked". This is a brand new vehicle I have had for about two weeks (less than 1,000 miles). After doing some internet research, this appears to be a known issue with nissan vehicles since 2018.
