Your front passenger seatbelt warning alarm keeps going off repeatedly even when no one is sitting in that seat, and it happens unpredictably while you're driving. The Kia dealership refused to inspect or repair it without charging you $180 upfront, despite your vehicle being under warranty, claiming they'll only waive the fee if they determine it's covered under warranty.
