Owner Complaints (3)
While driving on I-64 near St. Charles County, Missouri, you noticed smoke coming from under the hood. The smoke got worse after crossing a bridge over the Missouri River, and the car eventually caught fire completely, burning all the way to the trunk. The owner reports the car was well-maintained with no obvious cause for the fire. This will likely require a full electrical system inspection and fuel system examination to determine the fire's origin.

Your car stalled about 5 minutes after leaving an oil change appointment. When you restarted it, the engine began making noise and has since been parked. The issue appears to have started immediately after the service, suggesting the oil change may have contributed to the problem.

WHEN ACCELERATING OR SLOWING DOWN MY VEHICLE JERK EVEN WHEN I'M ON THE HIGHWAY AND HAVE THE CRUISE CONTROL SET IT WILL DO THE SAME THING. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT I NEED TO DO OR IF THERE IS ANY KIND OF RECALL ON THIS BECAUSE I REALLY CAN'T AFFORD TO TAKE IT AND HAVE IT LOOKED AT. I HAVE SEEN MULTIPLE REPORTS OF THE SAME PROBLEM AND WITH ALL OF THE REPORT I DON'T SEE HOW KIA HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
