This applies to ALL vehicles not just this one. The bulbs should be designed and able to be changed in the lot of a store not only by a dealer. I will be forwarding this to my rep and the White House.

Driving home on dark, deserted roads, my brights will not click on. When I click, nothing happens. When I hold the turner back in the mode to “flash my brights”, the bright headlights will come on. I had to drive holding this back almost an hour so I could see. I had a mechanic look and he said the switch is wired to the computer, so it is not an easy fix, but will have to go to the dealership. This is a safety issue. Dealerships are far from me and expensive. I’ve never had this issue with a vehicle before, when all lights are functioning. It should be recalled and fixed by the manufacturer.

The computer system keeps intermittently saying the turn signal bulbs are out turning off the front signal when you want to use it. The bulbs are a bunch of LED’s in the headlight and it shouldn’t turn off all of them even if one is out (they are all working properly regardless). It seems to be a fault within the computer system either inside the headlight assembly or in the car.

UConnect screen delaminating, changing setting, turning on/off heat, AC, temps, seat warmers, making calls, changing radio stations, all while driving. Unable to use any bluetooth features. All the jumping around on the screen and adjustments while driving is a HUGE distraction and safety concern for distracted driving.

The touch screen on the center console of the vehicle is delaminating. The digitizer is peeling off of the screen at the top edge. This causes phantom touches on the display, causing pop-ups to appear at random, sometimes back to back in a short time.

The center 8.5" Information/Entertainment touch screen is delaminating. The delamination is creating "ghosting" of the system causing cycling through various screens and applications. This is VERY distracting and dangerous by removing eyes off the road to see what is happening.

The turn signals in the front headlights have a known wiring issue and stop working. The unit is all one part, non serviceable and you have to replace the entire headlight assembly at $2055. This causes a significant safety risk to everyone on the road as you are not able to notify your signals/turns.

Hi, I’ve noticed with this Jeep and the two newer cars before it would have my dash lit up when my headlights weren’t on. This is giving me and other drivers of these cars the false impression that my headlights must be on. So many folks are driving with either just fog lights or no lights at all because their dash is lit up.
