While driving, your brake pedal became completely unresponsive when you pressed it—even with full force, the brakes wouldn't engage. You nearly collided with the car ahead before using the emergency brake to stop, though it barely worked either. This indicates a severe brake system failure that needs immediate inspection and repair of the brake lines, fluid system, or master cylinder.

Your car is failing the smog test because the onboard diagnostic system shows 'OB11 Not Ready,' which means a emissions monitor hasn't completed its self-check cycle. Two mechanics have run full diagnostics but found no actual problems, yet your car still won't pass. You'll need to drive the car through its normal operating conditions to complete the monitor cycle, or have a mechanic investigate why the system won't complete initialization.

THE KEY FOBS REQUIRE EXCESSIVE PRESSURE TO INSERT INTO AND REMOVE FROM THE IGNITION.
THE AIR ON THE PASSENGER SIDE DOES NOT HEAT UP. EVEN SET ON THE HIGHEST TEMPERATURE, THE AIR COMING OUT IS COLD AND A CLICKING SOUND COMES FROM NEAR THE GLOVE BOX.
KEY FOBS DO NOT LAST LONG ENOUGH; THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE; MANUFACTURERS SHOULD BE MADE RESPONSIBLE FOR DESIGNING A MAJOR ELEMENT OF VEHICLE FUNCTION AS THIS TO LAST THE LIFE OF THE VEHICLE AS ANY NORMAL KEY WOULD OPERATE.
