Your heated steering wheel suddenly became extremely hot with no way to adjust the temperature, causing minor burns on your hands. Your driver's seat heater also overheated unexpectedly and continued to be too hot even on the lowest setting, causing burns serious enough to require medical attention. These heating elements appear to lack proper temperature control or safety limits.
