Your driver's side door won't unlock using the key fob, the physical key, or manual operation—the internal locking mechanism is stuck in the locked position. You're unable to open or close the driver's door, which prevents you from entering or exiting the vehicle from that side. The fix will likely involve replacing or repairing the door lock actuator and locking linkage mechanism.

While driving on the expressway, you heard air coming through your moonroof. When you opened the sunshade, it suddenly burst open and the glass was completely gone — fortunately it didn't fall onto the road behind you. The dealership told you this is a recalled item, but the repair shop charged you $180 for labor and fabric work, and the manufacturer (Webasto) refused to cover labor costs or reimburse your rental car fees while waiting 10+ days for parts to arrive. You're frustrated about paying out-of-pocket for what you consider a defective product.
