Vehicle is experiencing a breakdown in chassis with the failure of at least one rear selfleveling shock absorber on the right rear suspension of the vehicle and possibly the same condition exists on the left rear suspension. Concern exists for the shock absorber mount to completely become detached from the frame assembly resulting in loss of stability and vehicle control.

The vehicle continues to feel very bumpy when we drive. Even if I stand in the 2nd row and press up and down, it makes a squeaky, sometimes loud rattling / knocking sound. I have taken this to the dealer multiple times and they tired to tighten shock absorbers and the padding around it but the problem hasn't gone.
