During a crash on February 1, 2025, your passenger seat belt suddenly unlatched at impact and became caught on the occupant's hand, causing a fracture at that point along with other serious injuries to the foot, ribs, back, and body. The seat belt failure left the passenger unrestrained and at risk of ejection through the windshield. The owner believes this seat belt malfunction significantly worsened the severity of injuries sustained. A repair would likely involve inspection and possible replacement of the seat belt latch mechanism and webbing.

WAS TURNING OFF A HIGHWAY INTO A MINOR ROAD AND WAS T-BONED ON THE PASSENGER SIDE BY ANOTHER CAR.
