Multiple lights, for ACC, Lane Departure, Forward Collision Warning, and Lane Keeping Assistance system. None of the systems works. Safety of myself and others put at risk due to systems not working and preventing collision.

During the last week, alerts would appear on my dash from the Collision Mitigation Braking System and Road Departure Mitigation System. These alerts will appear while driving at 30mph on a city street. When the alerts appear, the brakes are activated and the steering wheel locks up.

Brought it to Honda for diagnosis and repair, and they state that the multi-purpose camera has failed and will need to be replaced at a cost of $1,900. This is seems like a huge safety issue and, after reading several forums, appears to be a global issue.
