Your car's front passenger door and both rear doors won't open from the inside, though you can open the front driver's door by lowering the window and using the outside handle. Your dealer replaced the front passenger and rear driver door latches, but the doors still won't open. After a second visit for another latch replacement, the problem persists, and the dealer hasn't been able to fully resolve it despite multiple repair attempts.

Your passenger rear door latch got stuck and wouldn't open or close, forcing your wife to exit through the window. The door latch has been replaced three times, but the problem keeps happening. The dealer suggested the latches were dirty and wanted to charge you again for another replacement. Fixing this will likely require replacing the door latch assembly and possibly inspecting the door's latch mechanism for dirt or damage.

THE FAILURE PREVENTED ANY OF THE DOORS FROM LOCKING AND THE CONTACT COULD NOT SEE THE FUEL GAUGE OR MILEAGE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE PAWL SPRINGS AND UNIT NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V643000 (LATCHES/LOCKS/LINKAGES:DOORS:LATCH).THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 46,889.
