Your rearview camera has stopped working, which is part of a safety recall (Campaign 25V572000) that Ford issued for back-over prevention. However, Ford hasn't made the replacement part available yet, so the dealer can't perform the recall repair. The dealer offered to replace the camera at your own expense, but you're concerned Ford has taken too long to provide the necessary part for this safety recall.
