The contact owns a 2018 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that the second-row driver’s side seat belt malfunctioned and failed to unlock, causing the child to become entrapped in the car seat. With help from a family member the contact was able to eventually maneuver the child out of the car seat.
