Tl* the contact owns a 2018 dodge grand caravan. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the contact went to apply the accelerator pedal which traveled to the floor without warning. The rpms revved up however, the vehicle failed to respond.

1st incident occurred while accelerating to pull on to the highway. After accelerating and removing foot from pedal, the pedal did not release and the vehicle continued to rapidly accelerate. Applying the brakes did not stop the engine acceleration but did allow us to exit the highway and shift to neutral and turn off the car.
