Your infotainment system frequently reboots and the screen goes black or freezes, requiring you to hold the power button until the Dodge logo appears to restart it. Your backup camera freezes when you shift from reverse to drive, staying stuck for about 4 minutes and preventing the rear cross-traffic alert from working during that time. The backup camera is also slow to switch back to the normal infotainment display. Fixing this will likely require a software update or replacement of the infotainment system unit.
