Your brakes completely failed when you tried to stop at a red light, causing your Durango to rear-end another vehicle. The brake pedal went all the way to the floor with no resistance, and a state trooper verified this problem when inspecting the vehicle. A mechanic will need to inspect the entire brake system to identify whether the issue is a leak, failed master cylinder, or another critical component.
