Your 2019 Durango is shutting off unexpectedly while driving, and sometimes it won't restart or restarts very slowly. The problem has occurred multiple times—including once on the highway where you had to pull over—and even after an independent mechanic repaired what they identified as a TIPM (Totally Integrated Power Module) issue, the problem came back. The dealer wasn't able to reproduce the problem during their inspection and couldn't diagnose or fix it. Fixing this will likely require the dealer to replace or reprogram the TIPM, which controls electrical power distribution throughout your vehicle.
