The contact’s fiancé owns a 2019 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that while his fiancé was driving at an undisclosed speed, the Adaptive Cruise Control was set to an undisclosed speed; the contact’s fiancé, depressed the brake pedal however, the cruise control remained active. The contact then stated that his fiancé had to apply added pressure to the brake pedal to stop the vehicle. No warning lights were illuminated. An unknown dealer was notified of the failure and the contact was informed by the dealer that an unknown recall repair was recently performed on the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 64,300.
