Your 2025 Silverado was involved in a crash at 35 MPH with another vehicle that swerved in front of you. During the collision, the airbags did not deploy and the seat belts failed to restrain you and your passenger, resulting in serious injuries to both occupants including concussion, fractured sternum, shoulder injuries, and neck and pelvis injuries. The vehicle was towed away but was not diagnosed or repaired, and no recalls were found by the dealer. This issue may require a complete diagnostic inspection of the airbag system, seat belt pretensioners, and crash sensors to determine why the safety systems did not activate during impact.
