Your power steering stopped working completely while the service stability and service power steering warning lights came on, forcing you to drive without power steering assist. This is a serious safety issue that could make steering difficult, especially at low speeds or during parking. Chevrolet has issued a service bulletin (19NA182) to address this problem. The fix will likely involve diagnosing and repairing the power steering system, which may include replacing the power steering pump, hose, or fluid.

Your power steering assistance suddenly failed while you were driving, making it extremely difficult to steer and stay in your lane. You were able to get the car home safely and found no undercarriage damage. Your dealer was unable to help diagnose or repair the electronic power steering system, and the only warning you received was a message saying "power steering service drive with care."
