Your 2021 Colorado lost all electrical power while driving at 45 MPH without any warning lights. The starter and fuel pump fuse were replaced multiple times at different dealers, but the problem kept happening again after each repair. This electrical issue has now occurred three times and hasn't been permanently fixed. The repair may require a deeper electrical system diagnosis, possibly involving the battery, alternator, or wiring harness.

Your engine coolant temperature gauge is stuck at around 160°F and your cooling fans are running constantly at high speed. The thermostat appears to be stuck in the open position. While Chevrolet has identified this as a known issue affecting your vehicle model under Special Coverage Bulletin N242484760, your specific VIN was excluded from the warranty coverage due to a parameter error — even though your car has the exact same problem as vehicles that are covered. The repair will cost $1,200 out of pocket. Fixing this will likely involve replacing the thermostat and possibly recalibrating or replacing related cooling system components.

Starting around 80,000 miles, you've noticed the ignition key gets stuck in the switch about half the time when you try to exit the vehicle—turning the car on and off, shifting to park, or turning the steering wheel won't help release it. This is a safety concern because leaving the key in the ignition while you exit is dangerous. Your dealership diagnosed a faulty switch in the shifter mechanism and replaced it for $720.15.

When truck is put into park the key will not turn to the unlocked position, the key only goes as far as the accessories position. Not sure that the truck actually goes into park since I can not remove the key without playing with the shifter. This is a continuous problem with the truck
There are crackling sounds coming from the wheel when going over humps. no power while driving or changing lanes it's worst when the ac is on, was burning gas like crazy, and shakes at 65 mph., the gas while escalating makes a clicking noise like 2 iron knocking together, and the dashboard including the radio, and telephone screens goes blank/black. from time to time from day one, the truck drop dead/blank in August 2021, AC comes on while not on time to time. the tire sensors read wrong, the door is making clicking noise, outside air is coming into the cabin, and exhaust fumes. It's very damp by my feet and under the steering under the driver's feet it's rusty, the safety alarms are on from time to time. From time to time the belt will squeeze while driving. Yes, the truck has been at the dealership lots of times, every time they claim they can't find the leaks or the problem! and refuse to set up any warranty repairs.

My radio volume goes nuts and the controls go unresponsive, The unit brings the volume up to max I can not hear emergency crews if they are using the siren. This also creates a safety issues as now I am taking my eyes off the road to try and stop the problem. The infotainment system is failing yes the truck is available for inspection. I have taken video of the problem and sent it to the dealer. The vehicle has not been inspected by police or insurance rep, as far as manufacturer as this truck has been back to the dealer more then 4 times I fell that would be the manufacture as they are certified by GM. GM knows that there is an issue with the infotainment system, not sure why they have not done a recall on this unit. No warnings are given before this happens. This problem first showed up when the truck had about 3,000 miles on it I bought the truck brand new.
