While driving 75 mph on the highway, your sunroof suddenly shattered with a loud noise, sending glass pieces everywhere. Your car's sunroof glass appears to be prone to spontaneous failure during normal driving, which creates a serious safety hazard. The issue may stem from a manufacturing defect or problem with how the sunroof was installed. Fixing this will likely require a complete sunroof glass replacement and inspection of the sunroof assembly.

Your engine and transmission mounts were diagnosed as sagging at only 38,437 miles and need replacement, according to Sterling BMW. If these mounts deteriorate prematurely, the drivetrain could shift during driving, which could affect your vehicle's stability, steering, and braking response, potentially causing a loss of control. BMW of North America denied warranty coverage and refused to investigate further. The repair would involve replacing the engine and transmission mounts to restore proper support and alignment.

Starter problem . When starting the start button , we have to do couple times .i saw recalls for starter problems on ur website and internet too
Water pump failure. There is no damage and coolant system prematurely failed. Car is 3 years old with about 65-70k miles:
Instrument panel went blank while driving on interstate. This happened 4 times. Had to reboot vehicle computer/idrive to restore instrument cluster. BMW reloaded software but still occurred 3 times after reload but problem is intermittent
The software that controls the lock/unlock and side mirror deployment does not function correctly all the time. This is a serious issue when backing up and when changing lanes on the highway. This has occurred on numerous occasions and I have taken pictures where I had to pull over to record. If I exit the vehicle (after turning off the engine (automatically when no person is detected in the driver seat) and close the door, press the key FOB to lock the car and then unlock they deploy/ though sometimes only one will deploy and I need to lock/unlock the vehicle a second time. I have notified BMW of the issue but haven't recieved any feedback.
Forward sensors did not activate braking system, vehicle subsequently jumped the curb and struck concrete piling, embedding it into the vehicle. The air bags did not deploy. I sent an email to the company and the incident was reported to the police. The vehicle was determined to be a total loss by New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance company after being inspected by the collision company. As my wife pulled into the parking space, there were no indications observed.
While driving on a highway (with the sunroof closed) I heard a very loud explosion type sound, which was followed by glass falling off my roof. I pulled off the highway as quickly as I could and was able to confirm that the sunroof had exploded (the sunshade was drawn so the glass did not fall on me). At the time of the explosion, there were no cars in front of me or next to me. I did not go under an overpass. The car was not hit by any object. The sunroof exploded spontaneously.
Drive train warning displayed then power loss and stalling occurred on highway
My BMX X5 45e SUV shuts itself off once the driver's door is opened turning off the car and all systems, including the Air Conditioning. There is an option in the menu to NOT allow the vehicle to shut off when the driver's door is opened. That has no affect on the operation at all. As if there is a software glitch ignoring this menu selection. I've contacted the BMW Genius line 2 times and they advised this should not be happening. The dealer advised, after inspection, this is how the car is designed. On several occasions I've had people in the car, to include my disabled parents and had to run errands... That leaves them in the vehicle without any air. There is a "pre condition" feature you can activate Only if there is battery power left on the vehicle. My disabled father was found trying to stand outside in 96 degree weather a couple weeks ago while I was attempting to get his prescriptions after a medical appointment. The system had shut itself off with him in the car and the inside of the vehicle was well over 115 degrees. The problem occurs all the time. I currently have a loaner X3e and that SUV DOES stay on when in sport mode (using combustion engine). I have 2 separate videos of the X3e where the vehicle does Not turn itself off after I open the drivers door and get out. I feel the design of my X5e is a huge safety issue putting people's lives at risk! I'd be happy to speak to someone about this issue if needed and am willing to have the vehicle inspected as well. There are no warning lights or indicators that go off and the vehicle has been inspected by the dealership twice since being purchased on 5/14/21, last inspection was yesterday 7/29/21. Again, I don't understand why BMW is giving different answers and why another vehicle does not have the same potential life safety issue.
