Your vehicle shudders or trembles when steering in low gear. BMW installed incorrect transfer case fluid that doesn't meet the vehicle's specifications, even though the manual states the fluid shouldn't need replacement. The dealership knew about this issue but ignored your warranty claim, and you had to pay for the fluid replacement after warranty expired at 62,000 miles. The fix involves draining and replacing the transfer case fluid with the correct specification fluid.

My vehicle only has 28,000 miles on it has a very loud rattling noise in the front end. My mechanic said the steering linkage is loose and the steering assembly is leaking. I see there are other similar recalls for this vehicle but my specific VIN isn’t coming up under those recalls.
