Owner Complaints (4)
Your airbags failed to deploy during a collision when another vehicle hit your rear left quarter panel, causing you to hit a tree. Multiple first responders (paramedics, firefighters, and police) documented that the airbags did not deploy. You've reported this to BMW, your insurance company, and NHTSA. A proper diagnostic inspection of the airbag control module and deployment sensors will be needed to determine why the system failed.
