Your tailgate remote won't operate reliably—it often won't respond to the key fob, rear buttons, or dashboard controls, and you have to manually push different spots on the tailgate to get it to lower. The problem comes and goes unpredictably; it might work a few times, then stop working entirely. Even though the dealer said they fixed it two months after you bought the truck, the issue has returned.
