Your truck produces a loud whistling noise coming from the side mirrors at various speeds, even when the radio is playing loudly. The noise is noticeable enough to be heard over the sound system. This is likely caused by wind deflection around the mirror housing and may be addressed by adjusting the mirror angle, checking for loose components, or replacing worn mirror seals.

The hood design of the 3rd generation toyota tundra causes SEVERE solar glare back into the cab and this is a known issue. While I could site many instances of it casing a problem, the most recent scenario caused me to nearly run a stop sign and hit a pedestrian. The glare is so blinding it’s impossible to drive without holding your hand up to block it.
