Your steering wheel developed a rattling noise 7 months after you bought the truck new. The dealer removed the dashboard and replaced a component, but the noise returned after another 7 months. Despite three letters to Toyota and visits to the dealer, the rattle has never been permanently fixed and continues today. The issue likely involves a loose or worn part in the steering column that may need lubrication or replacement.
