Your Blizzard Pearl (color 0070) paint is peeling off the roof and around windows and getting worse with each wash. Toyota has a Customer Support Program (not a safety recall) that covers this issue, but the program expired in May 2024. You weren't notified about the program or its extension deadline, even though Toyota had your correct contact information and sent you other recalls during that period. Toyota is refusing to repaint your vehicle for free since the program expired, and you would need to pay out of pocket for repainting.

The paint on your 2014 Toyota Sequoia is peeling off the roof and around windows, and it gets worse when you wash the vehicle. Toyota has a Customer Support Program (not a safety recall) that covers repainting vehicles with this specific paint color (Blizzard Pearl 0070) due to a known peeling issue, but the program expired in May 2024. You may need to contact Toyota about your eligibility, as the program coverage window has closed and repainting outside the program would be at your own expense. Addressing this will require a complete professional repaint at a Toyota Collision Center or equivalent body shop.

Your windscreen developed a small dent from road debris kicked up by trucks ahead of you, but the dealership won't cover it under warranty as an external damage issue. Additionally, your GPS and entertainment system frequently freeze or restart during driving, making it impossible to adjust the radio volume or change the route. Your tire pressure warning light also stays on even when tire pressures are at the correct levels. These issues may require windscreen replacement, a software update or reset of the infotainment system, and a tire pressure sensor diagnostic.
