THE GAS TANK IN THE CONSUMER'S RAV 4 WAS INSTALLED WITH A HOLE IN IT. *TS THE CONSUMER STATED THE HOLE WAS HIDDEN BY THE CHASSIS AT THE TIME OF INSTALLATION. *JB THE HOLE CAUSED FUEL TO LEAK OUT OF THE TANK. *NM
THE GAS TANK WAS PUNCTURED FROM A SMALL ROCK COMING OFF THE FRONT TIRE WHILE ON A PAVED STREET.THE BOTTOM OF THE TANK IS SHIELDED BUT THE FRONT SIDE IS EXPOSED ON THIS SPORT UTILITY VEHICLE.
