Toyota recently extended the warranty on certain emission system parts, but your EGR valve (exhaust gas recirculator) was left out of the coverage. You believe this part should be included because it appears to have been made with poor workmanship. The EGR valve may need to be inspected or replaced to restore proper emission system function.
