Your Evenflo Revolve 360 Slim car seat has exposed foam on both sides of the headrest that your child can pick at, which is a known safety issue. The manufacturer sent you a repair kit with a strip of tape, but you found it inadequate to properly cover the exposed foam. You should contact the manufacturer again to request a more complete repair solution or replacement.
