2024 Crown Platinum 5k miles. This incident has happened several times. The car will completely stall out, have no power, won’t move.

My AC stopped working in my brand new 2024 Toyota Crown car (only 2000 miles on it). I took it to the dealer and they are telling me that somehow a small rock from the road somehow damaged my air condenser. I am seeing this is a problem others have on the Toyota forum.
