Your four General Tire Reliatrek tires were purchased in August 2024 with a promised 65,000-mile warranty, but after only 37,603 miles of use, two tires needed replacement and the other two were considered marginal. This represents severe premature wear that suggests a manufacturer defect. Your tire manufacturer was contacted about this safety concern but offered little to no compensation. The tires have complete service records and documentation available from Toyota Greenville.

He agreed to replace tires but I must repay all mounting, bal, rotation fees of $130 or so. I called Rep at Cont Tire who refused to work with WM. She told me 45 day had expired and that I hadn’t made a formal complaint and wanted me to drive car to Discount Tire Store in Burton, MI for tire review. I told her I purchased tires at WM and if I get other tires at Discount, WM will not honor my prepaid lifetime flat, rotation, bal issues. I asked Rep for email follow up on our conversation and her conversation with WM mgt JR. Rep said I was rude and hung up on me. 6-12-23 Call to CT Aniaca and ask for escalation Rep. None available will Call me back. No call back 6-13-23. Called CT again - Marcos He confirmed WEB complaint #220525-000003. Said tires are proprietary to WM, and out of 45 day warranty. I asked the why send me to Discount Tire if proprietary to WM. I told him WM would replace the tires and All I wanted was CT to pay for the $130 remount, etc. He refused. BRIDGESTONE DRIVEGUARD TIRES ARE EXTREMELY SUSCEPTIBLE TO SIDEWALL DAMAGE FROM POTHOLES! I HAVE 225 45 18 TIRES ON MY 2012 CAMRY. THIS IS THE FOURTH TIRE I'VE HAD THE SIDEWALL FAIL THE EXACT SAME WAY SINCE BUYING THEM 2 YEARS AGO. THIS TIME IT WAS WHILE PULLING UP TO A STOP SIGN AT MAYBE 20 MPH. EVERY TIME THERE IS A 3 TO 4 INCH CUT ALONG THE BEAD OF THE TIRE THROUGH THE CORDS. I WORK FOR FIRESTONE AND HAVE SEEN THE SAME PATTERN MANY TIMES ON VARIOUS CAR, NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO SIZE. IT IS PERFECTLY CLEAR TO ME THESE TIRES ARE UNSAFE FOR REAL WORLD USE
