TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 RAM 2500. IN MARCH OF 2013, THE DRIVER SIDE TIE ROD ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED UNDER THE MANUFACTURER'S RECALL (L16). IN DECEMBER OF 2014, THE DRIVER SIDE TIE ROD ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED AGAIN PER NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 16V529000(SUSPENSION). IN NOVEMBER OF 2015, THE DRIVER SIDE TIE ROD FAILED WHILE DRIVING AT A SLOW RATE OF SPEED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BY AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURES. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 63,000.

THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FRONT DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE TIE RODS FAILED AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE.

THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER FOR DIAGNOSIS WHERE IT WAS STATED THAT THE BALL JOINTS NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED AND THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,000.
HORRIBLE SQUEAK COMING FROM SOMEWHERE IN THE DRIVER SIDE REAR OF THE CAB. THE DEALERSHIP AND MYSELF CANNOT LOCATE THE SOURCE OF THE NOISE. I FEEL LIKE IM IN A SEINFIELD EPISODE. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!!!!! *TR
AT OR AROUND 55 TO 60 MILES PER HOUR WHEN HITTING A IRREGULARITY IN ROADWAY TRUCK WILL BOUNCE OUT OF CONTROL UNTIL I SLAM THE BRAKES AND SLOW DOWN TO 35 MILES PER HOUR . THE TRUCK IS COMPLETELY STOCK. THE DEALERSHIP SAID IT WAS THE TIRES. THESE ARE THE STOCK TIRES ON THE TRUCK AND THEY ARE IN GOOD SHAPE. I DO NOT FELL I SHOULD HAVE TO REPLACE STOCK TIRES ON A NEW TRUCK TO STOP IT FROM SHIMMING WHEN OVER 55 MILE AN HOUR. THIS WAS A EXPENSIVE TRUCK AND I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN IT. I FEEL THE DEALERSHIP SHOULD STAND BEHIND IT. PLEASE GET BACK TO ME ON MY NEXT STEP. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE TRUCK AND THE SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED. THIS IS NOT MY FIRST DODGE TRUCK. *TR
