Your rear tires are wearing down unusually fast — the tread became nearly bald by around 15,000 miles, even after you had them rotated. The same excessive wear happened again after rotation at about 20,000 miles on your original Hankook Kinergy GT tires. This premature wear suggests a potential alignment or suspension issue that's causing the tires to wear unevenly.
