My sunroof exploded randomly as I was driving home from taking my daughter to school at about 7:30 am on 10/23/2018. I was driving straight on a local highway going about 55 MPH. I heard an extremely loud boom above my head.

I was driving on I-49 in louisiana traveling at 70 MPH when I hear a loud noise, like a gunshot. I realized my sunroof had shattered. The cover was open at the time so glass fell into my car, and in my lap/hair.
