Your engine lost power while driving and the vehicle went into reduced speed mode, creating a dangerous situation. This happened 3 times in a row on a very cold day. After restarting, the warning clears temporarily, but the problem comes back randomly while you're driving. The dealer cleared the code but couldn't identify the root cause, leaving the issue unresolved.
