Your hood latch won't close securely and stays loose even after lubrication. The dealer has already performed the official recall repair for this issue, which involves lubricating the latch rather than replacing it, but the problem keeps coming back. The manufacturer says they can only offer the same lubrication fix, so your hood remains unreliable.

Your trunk latch won't close securely and keeps failing even after the dealer completed a recall repair for this exact issue. The problem has been recurring for about two years and returned even after the repair was supposedly finished. You'll need the dealer to properly diagnose and repair the trunk latch mechanism, as the initial recall fix didn't resolve the underlying problem.
